Local Business Owner Kevin Astala – Named to NSBA Leadership Council
Houston, Texas – Kevin Astala of Ace Office Furniture Houston was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization, and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. Mr. Astala, a recognized leader in the small-business community, joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C.
“As a small-business owner, I see daily the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulation,” stated Mr. Astala. “Joining NSBA’s Leadership Council will enable me to take our collective small-business message to the people that need to hear it most: Congress.”
Kevin Astala, owner of Ace Office Furniture Houston, has achieved numerous accomplishments throughout his career. His professional affiliations include being a member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas since 2016 and member of the Houston BBB Accreditation Committee. Additionally, Ace Office Furniture Houston is recognized as an Industry Partner by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Kevin Astala himself is an Allied Individual Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). The company is also affiliated with the International Facility Management Association – Houston Chapter and the International Interior Design Association as an Industry Member.
Furthermore, Ace Office Furniture Houston has been recognized with several awards. In 2018, the company won the Awards of Excellence – Winner of Distinction from the Better Business Bureau of Great Houston and South Texas.
