Mattel Enters into Cooperation Agreement with EdgePoint Investment Group Inc.

Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) (“Mattel” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a cooperation agreement with EdgePoint Investment Group Inc. (“EdgePoint”), an approximately 18% stockholder of the Company.
